The Camlok TJC is a 300 kg WLL compact vertical plate clamp for light-duty sheet and panel handling. Available in standard and long-reach (TJC300L) variants to suit different plate thicknesses, it is designed for fabrication shops and sheet metal operations where light, repeatable attachments are required.

Suitable Applications

Sheet metal fabrication, panel handling, signmaking, light steel work, and any operation where a 300 kg compact vertical plate clamp is suitable.

Vertical clamps lift plate on edge; where plate must be lifted flat or turned, see the horizontal lifting clamps, and for polished or coated plate the non-marring range grips without leaving tooth marks.

Inspection and Maintenance

A visual inspection is required before every use. A thorough examination by a qualified engineer is required at least every 6 months in regular use, in accordance with LOLER 1998. Records of examination must be kept. Refer to the manufacturer's manual for detailed inspection and maintenance instructions, derating factors for use, and replacement schedules for any wearing components.
