The Invicta Fork Mounted Height Adjustable Extending Jib (Model IAEJ) combines the characteristics of a standard incline fixed jib with the additional benefit of angular lifts. This allows tall and awkward loads to be lifted by increasing the lift height of the forklift truck or telehandler. The extending boom provides up to 13 different lifting positions from 950mm to 3850mm load centres, whilst the height adjustment mechanism offers four angle settings at 0°, 15°, 30° and 45°. Available in five capacities from 1000kg to 5000kg, the IAEJ is built to handle the most demanding lifting tasks on site. Manufactured in-house by Invicta Forks & Attachments in Leeds, the UK's largest mechanical forklift attachment manufacturer, and supplied with zinc plated heel pins for safe attachment to your forklift truck.

Capacity varies by load centre — full rated capacity chart supplied with each unit. Capacities shown at 950mm load centre.
The IAEJ is suited to construction sites, warehouses and industrial yards where tall or awkward loads need to be lifted at height or at an angle. Typical uses include lifting HVAC units, steel beams, cladding panels, roofing materials and mechanical plant to upper floors or rooftops using a forklift or telehandler. The angular lift capability makes it particularly useful for placing loads over obstacles or into confined overhead spaces.
Warning: The forklift mast must remain vertical at all times. Do not exceed the safe working load at each lifting point. Do not shock load the attachment under any circumstances.
Inspect weekly with particular attention to all weld points, wear and distortion of fork pockets and heel pin attachments, condition of swivel hooks, safety latches and shackles, and alignment of the extending boom. Treat surface rusting with proprietary inhibitors and repaint as required. This product is certified for six months from the date of manufacture, after which it must be re-tested at an approved testing facility or inspected by a competent person as advised by the HSE.
The IAEJ fits forks up to 150 x 50mm at 350mm centres. A larger fork pocket option of 150 x 70mm is available on request.
Yes. The IAEJ is suitable for both forklift trucks and telehandlers, provided the machine's residual capacity is sufficient for the intended load at the relevant load centre.
Weekly visual inspections should be carried out by the operator. Under LOLER 1998, a thorough examination by a competent person is required at least every 6 months.
