Yale HHC hydraulic hoses are thermoplast 4-layer hoses rated for 700 bar working pressure with 2800 bar burst pressure (a 4:1 safety factor). The 4-layer build-up includes 2 layers of high tensile steel fabric and a robust fitting with 19 mm hexagon. Yale specifies a very low volumetric expansion. Standard lengths cover 0.5 to 15 metres (model designation = length x 10: HHC-5 is 0.5 m, HHC-150 is 15 m).
Connection hoses for Yale 700 bar hydraulic systems
Yale documentation states the HHC hoses are durable but highly flexible thermoplast hydraulic hoses guaranteeing very long life. The 4-layer build-up provides the 4:1 burst-to-working pressure safety factor. Standard hoses are equipped with a male coupler half CMY-1 on one end and a 3/8 NPT outer threaded nipple on the other end. Yale offers alternative ordering combinations for hoses with couplers on both ends (order CCY-1 in addition) or hoses with no couplers (order model HH-...).
Per Yale: connection between Yale hand pumps, power packs and hydraulic cylinders. Compatible with all Yale 700 bar equipment.

From our depot to your site, every order is fully tracked and delivered on our own WOLFF Onsite vehicles or via trusted courier partners. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and order size.
Pallet Delivery
Dispatched within 1โ2 working days, delivered next working day between 8amโ5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is based on the number of pallet spaces and your delivery zone.
Parcel Delivery
Smaller items like radio accessories and safety equipment ship via tracked courier at a flat rate. Deliveries between 8:30amโ5pm, Monday to Friday.
RENTAL Delivery / Collection
All rentals are delivered and collected by the WOLFF Onsite team. We'll confirm a delivery time that works for you and arrange collection within 3 working days of your hire end date. Deliveries and collections between 8amโ5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday collections can be arranged if suitable.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched same day where possible. Some products carry a manufacturing lead time, this is always stated in the product description.
