The crank designation encodes specification, e.g. "14/250/U130" denotes 14 mm square shaft socket, 250 mm crank arm length, and U130 hub connection. Crank specifications follow Pfaff-Silberblau standard format. The first number (12, 14, 17) is the square socket dimension in mm, matching the jack gearbox shaft. The second number is the crank arm length in mm. Match the crank to your jack model carefully, contact us to confirm the correct article number for your specific jack.
Pfaff cranks are used wherever a Pfaff steel jack, rack & pinion jack, or wall-mounted jack is in service. Typical environments: industrial maintenance and repair workshops, vehicle and machinery installation, shipbuilding and dry docks, construction, agriculture, rail maintenance, sluice gate operation, and warehouse handling. Match the crank type, square socket dimension, and arm length to the jack's specification.
Warning: Always use the correct crank for your jack. Using an incorrectly sized crank may damage the gearbox, slip under load, or fail to engage the load brake. Never use mechanical drives or extension bars on a manual jack crank.
Inspect socket, arm, and ratchet mechanism before each use. Keep the socket clean. Lubricate the ratchet mechanism (Raku) annually with light machine oil. Replace any crank showing socket wear, bent arm, or ratchet failure. WOLFF Onsite supplies all Pfaff genuine cranks.

From our depot to your site, every order is fully tracked and delivered on our own WOLFF Onsite vehicles or via trusted courier partners. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and order size.
Pallet Delivery
Dispatched within 1โ2 working days, delivered next working day between 8amโ5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is based on the number of pallet spaces and your delivery zone.
Parcel Delivery
Smaller items like radio accessories and safety equipment ship via tracked courier at a flat rate. Deliveries between 8:30amโ5pm, Monday to Friday.
RENTAL Delivery / Collection
All rentals are delivered and collected by the WOLFF Onsite team. We'll confirm a delivery time that works for you and arrange collection within 3 working days of your hire end date. Deliveries and collections between 8amโ5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday collections can be arranged if suitable.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched same day where possible. Some products carry a manufacturing lead time, this is always stated in the product description.
