Generator Data: Fuel consumption based on manufacturer data at 50% capacity. Stage 3a and Stage 5 emission compliant generators. Diesel prices: Stage 3 £1.40/L inc AdBlue, Stage 5 £1.99/L inc AdBlue.

BESS Performance: BESS units sized by both energy capacity (kWh/day) and power output (continuous amps). Larger units are automatically recommended when site demand exceeds standard capacity. Charged by a 100 kVA generator running 30 hrs/week at 75% load per unit. Grid-connected mode charges from mains electricity. Sizing applies a 0.8 simultaneity factor on running amps.

Crane Power: Based on Wolffkran electrical connection data. Min. required generator power from manufacturer specs. Includes luffing jib (B series) and trolley cranes.
