Buying guide

Carpet Boom

Handling rolled goods

Carpet booms carry rolls on a single pole mounted to the forklift carriage, supporting the roll through its core.

Load and reach

The boom extends the load centre well forward, which significantly derates the truck. Use the derated figures.

Common questions

What is a carpet boom for?

Carrying rolled goods on a pole through the roll core.

Does it affect capacity?
