Extras

Parts, spares and accessories

This section covers the components that keep equipment already on site working — castors, shelves, locks, keys, brackets, fittings and consumable parts. It exists so a damaged component can be replaced rather than the whole unit.

Order against the model, not the photograph

Parts are specific to the model and often to the production year. Similar-looking components differ in fixing centres and dimensions. The model number is on the unit's data plate — quote it and we will confirm the right part.

If in doubt, send a photograph

Where a part cannot be identified from the plate, a photograph of the component and its mounting is usually enough for us to identify it.

Common questions
How do I find the right part?

From the model and serial number on the unit's data plate. If that has worn off, send a photograph of the part and where it fits.

Can I get replacement keys?

Usually, against the number stamped on the lock barrel or the original key.

Are parts interchangeable between models?

Often not. Fixing centres and dimensions vary between models and production years even where parts look identical.

Delivery Information

From our depot to your site, every order is fully tracked and delivered on our own WOLFF Onsite vehicles or via trusted courier partners. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and order size.

Pallet Delivery
Dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivered next working day between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is based on the number of pallet spaces and your delivery zone.

Parcel Delivery
Smaller items like radio accessories and safety equipment ship via tracked courier at a flat rate. Deliveries between 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

RENTAL Delivery / Collection
All rentals are delivered and collected by the WOLFF Onsite team. We'll confirm a delivery time that works for you and arrange collection within 3 working days of your hire end date. Deliveries and collections between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday collections can be arranged if suitable.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched same day where possible. Some products carry a manufacturing lead time, this is always stated in the product description.
