Hand Pallet Trucks

Fork length and width

Standard forks suit standard pallets. Long forks handle oversized loads or two pallets end to end, and narrow forks suit Euro pallets and tight aisles. Measure the pallets you actually handle rather than assuming standard fits.

Wheels

Nylon wheels roll easily on smooth concrete and wear well. Polyurethane is quieter, grips better and is kinder to finished floors. For yard or rough ground you need a rough-terrain truck — standard wheels will not roll on gravel.

Weighing trucks

A truck with integrated scales removes a handling step where loads need checking on receipt or despatch. Worth considering if you weigh regularly.

What fork length do I need?

Can a pallet truck be used outside?

Only a rough-terrain model. Standard nylon or polyurethane wheels will not roll on gravel or uneven yard surfaces.

Delivery Information

From our depot to your site, every order is fully tracked and delivered on our own WOLFF Onsite vehicles or via trusted courier partners. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and order size.

Pallet Delivery
Dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivered next working day between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is based on the number of pallet spaces and your delivery zone.

Parcel Delivery
Smaller items like radio accessories and safety equipment ship via tracked courier at a flat rate. Deliveries between 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

RENTAL Delivery / Collection
All rentals are delivered and collected by the WOLFF Onsite team. We'll confirm a delivery time that works for you and arrange collection within 3 working days of your hire end date. Deliveries and collections between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday collections can be arranged if suitable.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched same day where possible. Some products carry a manufacturing lead time, this is always stated in the product description.
