The Pfaff-Silberblau HU 20-115 QLTP is engineered for high-cycle environments where the operator spends a significant portion of the working day lifting empty forks from rest to full height. Standard pallet truck hydraulics deliver around 15 to 20 mm of lift per pump stroke regardless of load — meaning that raising an empty fork to engage a pallet takes the same number of strokes as raising a full pallet. The QLTP's quick-lift hydraulics deliver around 60 mm per stroke under loads up to 200 kg, dropping back to standard lift behaviour above that load. For an operator pumping the handle several hundred times per shift, this is the difference between an aching shoulder and a sustainable working day. Where Is the QLTP Used?

The QLTP earns its place in operations where the same operator performs many pick-and-place cycles per shift. Order pickers in distribution warehouses who pull stock from multiple pallet locations onto a single delivery pallet may engage and disengage 30 to 50 different pallets in a shift — each one requiring the empty fork to be raised from rest. The QLTP cuts hundreds of pump strokes per shift out of that workflow.
