Pfaff-Silberblau HU 20-200 TP PROLINE Extended-Fork Hand Pallet Truck

PROLINE | 2,000 kg Capacity | 2,000 mm Forks | Available With or Without Park Brake | CE Marked

The Pfaff-Silberblau HU 20-200 TP is a PROLINE extended-fork hand pallet truck with 2,000 mm forks, built for moving long palletised loads that overhang a standard 1,150 mm truck — timber bundles, ducting runs, plasterboard and long or double-length continental pallets. Engineered and manufactured in Germany on the heavier PROLINE chassis, it is offered in two versions: standard, or with a factory-fitted driving and parking brake.

Key Features

  • 2,000 mm extended forks — support long loads across their full length instead of leaving the rear of the load overhanging a standard fork.
  • 2,000 kg capacity — rated for 2,000 kg evenly distributed across the forks.
  • PROLINE-grade chassis and pump — robust steel construction with hardened axles, hard-chromed hydraulic piston, pressure-relief valve and high-quality powder coating for long service life.
  • Available with optional driving and parking brake — the brake version (192036143) is recommended where a loaded truck needs controlled stopping on a working route.
  • Ergonomic safety control handle — rubber grip with one-handed control of lift, drive and lower.
  • 105° steering each side — for manoeuvring long forks in confined spaces.
  • VG/PUR tyres — solid rubber steering wheels with polyurethane load rollers for quiet running.

Versions: Standard (N21225456) or with factory-fitted driving & parking brake (192036143). Both are the same 2,000 mm / 2,000 kg truck; the brake version adds controlled stopping for loaded transit.

Other fork lengths (1,300 mm to 2,500 mm) are available on request — please contact us.

CE Marked & EN 1757-2 Compliant

Supplied with an EC Declaration of Conformity under the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and manufactured in compliance with EN 1757-2 (Safety of industrial trucks — pedestrian-controlled pallet trucks).

Recommended Pre-Use Checks

  1. Visually inspect the full fork length for damage, cracks or deformation — extended forks see greater bending moments and show damage earlier than standard forks.
  2. Check the load rollers along the full fork length for free rotation and embedded debris.
  3. Check the steering rollers and confirm the 105° steering travel is unobstructed.
  4. Test lift and lower through full travel before placing a load on the forks.
  5. Confirm the hydraulic system holds pressure — raise the unladen forks fully, leave 30 seconds, check for unintended drop.
  6. Inspect the chassis for hydraulic oil leaks around the pump and lift cylinder.
  7. If fitted with the optional brake, test that it engages and releases positively.
  8. Verify the data plate is legible.

Safety Information

  • Do not exceed the 2,000 kg safe working load.
  • Keep the load's centre of gravity within the fork base over the load wheels, not at the unsupported tip.
  • Distribute the load evenly across both forks; off-centre loading on long forks creates significant tipping moment.
  • A loaded extended-fork truck carries significant momentum during transit — the optional brake version makes controlled stopping easier.
  • Do not use to lift personnel under any circumstances.
  • Move at walking speed only. Pedestrian operation.
  • Inspect periodically in line with PUWER 1998.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the difference between the two versions?

Both are the same 2,000 mm / 2,000 kg truck. One is standard; the other (192036143) is fitted with a factory driving and parking brake, recommended where a loaded truck needs controlled stopping on a slope or busy route.

Q: Can I move loads shorter than 2,000 mm?

Yes, but position the load over the load-roller end of the fork (the rear of the truck), not at the tip. Carrying a load at the front of a long fork creates excessive tipping moment.

Q: Can I get a different fork length?

The PROLINE extended-fork range runs from 1,300 mm to 2,500 mm. Lengths other than the 2,000 mm shown here are available on request — contact us with your requirement.

Q: What is the difference between PROLINE and SILVERLINE?

PROLINE is Pfaff's heavier professional-tier specification — reinforced chassis and a higher-cycle hydraulic system — compared with the lighter standard SILVERLINE range.
