The Pfaff HU 20-115 VATP ATEX PROLINE is a premium stainless steel hand pallet truck for Zone 1 (gas) and Zone 21 (dust) hazardous atmospheres, certified to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU. The frame, connecting rods, bolts, torsion tube and hydraulic unit are all manufactured from V4A-316 stainless steel for exceptional chemical resistance, while the ergonomic safety control handle allows single-handed operation of lifting, driving and lowering. Compact 105° steering each side enables manoeuvring in confined spaces, with a 2000 kg capacity.

How to Use the Pfaff HU 20-115 VATP ATEX

1. Inspect the truck for damage, fluid leaks and tyre condition before use.
2. Confirm the battery charge or hydraulic function is correct.
3. Approach the pallet squarely and lower the forks to floor level.
4. Drive the forks fully under the pallet, then raise to clear the floor.
5. Manoeuvre at walking pace using the tiller arm, keeping the load low.
6. Lower the load and disengage before leaving the truck.

Warning:
Charging or any electrical work must take place outside the ATEX zone in an area certified for safe operation. Do not perform repairs inside Zone 1 or Zone 21 areas under any circumstances.
