Model TZR | Mechanical Measurement | Electronic Display | 10t to 100t Capacity | Heavy Lift Range | CMCO Group Manufacture
The Tigrip TZR Load Indicator is the high-capacity range in the Tigrip load indicator family, covering 10 tonne, 20 tonne, 35 tonne, 50 tonne and 100 tonne capacities. It combines a mechanical spring measurement with a clear electronic digital display, giving a reliable load reading without the cost or complexity of a full load-cell crane weigher โ suited to heavy construction, structural steel, precast handling and scrap operations. Manufactured by Columbus McKinnon under the Tigrip brand and supplied with test certificate and operating manual, with shackle and hook adapter kits available separately.
| Model | Part Number | Capacity | Resolution | Net Weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TZR 10,0 | N53808333 | 10000 kg | 10 kg | 3.9 kg |
| TZR 20,0 | N53808335 | 20000 kg | 10 kg | 6.8 kg |
| TZR 35,0 | N53808336 | 35000 kg | 10 kg | 9.4 kg |
| TZR 50,0 | N53808337 | 50000 kg | 10 kg | 14.4 kg |
| TZR 100,0 | N53808338 | 100000 kg | 50 kg | 39.3 kg |
All TZR models feature a battery-powered electronic display with no external power requirement. Shackle and hook adapter kits matched to the rated capacity of the load indicator are sold separately.
This product is manufactured by Columbus McKinnon under the Tigrip lifting brand to EN ISO 9001 quality management standards. Supplied with a manufacturer's test certificate and CE Declaration of Conformity. Calibration certification is available on request. LOLER 1998 thorough examinations are required every 12 months by a competent person for any lifting accessory.
The Tigrip TZR Load Indicator is the high-capacity range in the Tigrip load indicator family, covering capacities from 10 tonne up to 100 tonne. Like the TZL, the TZR combines a mechanical spring measurement with a clear electronic digital display, providing a reliable load reading without the cost or complexity of a full load-cell crane weigher. The TZR is well-suited to heavy-duty construction, structural steel and precast concrete handling, scrap and recycling, and yard operations where a robust load reading is required across heavy lifts. Five capacity options cover 10 tonne, 20 tonne, 35 tonne, 50 tonne, and 100 tonne lifting applications. Manufactured by Columbus McKinnon under the Tigrip lifting brand, the TZR is supplied complete with a manufacturer's test certificate and operating manual. Shackle and hook adapter kits sized to match each capacity are available separately.
The TZR is suited to heavy lift operations, precast concrete element weighing, structural steel section weighing, scrap and recycling weighing, yard plant verification, and any heavy-duty load indication application from 10 to 100 tonne. Particularly well-suited to civil engineering and steel fabrication sites where loads regularly exceed the capacity of conventional crane weighers.
Warning:
Do not exceed the rated capacity of the load indicator or its adapter kits. Do not shock-load the unit. Do not use the load indicator if the display shows an error or if the housing shows signs of damage. The crane operator must remain in full control of the lift at all times โ the load indicator does not replace standard rigging and lifting procedures.
Inspect the load indicator and adapter kit visually before each use, paying particular attention to the housing, connection points, pins, and the electronic display for damage or moisture ingress. Keep the unit clean and dry between uses. The TZR is supplied with a manufacturer's test certificate; LOLER 1998 thorough examinations are required every 12 months by a competent person. Recalibration is recommended at the same interval to maintain load reading accuracy.
The TZL covers 2.5 to 20 tonne; the TZR covers 10 to 100 tonne. Both share the same mechanical-with-electronic-display architecture and the same universal application profile. Choose by capacity required.
Shackle and hook adapter kits matched to the load indicator capacity are available separately. See the Tigrip Shackle Adapter Kit and Hook Adapter Kit product listings for the correct kit for your TZR model.
The TZR resolution is 10 kg on the 10 to 50 tonne models and 50 kg on the 100 tonne model. Accuracy is sufficient for general heavy-lift load verification but is not a substitute for a calibrated weighing scale where documented accuracy is required.
At 39.3 kg net weight, the TZR 100,0 typically requires two-person handling or mechanical assistance to position for use. Plan the lift with appropriate manual handling controls.
A manufacturer's test certificate is supplied as standard. Additional calibration certification is available on request.
Visual inspection before each use. LOLER 1998 thorough examinations every 12 months by a competent person. Annual recalibration is recommended.
Yes. The TZR is built for site and yard use including outdoor environments. Avoid prolonged exposure to standing water.
