Lifting plate on edge

Vertical plate clamps grip steel plate for lifting in the vertical plane, using cam action driven by the load itself. Some models allow the plate to be turned through ninety degrees.

Thickness range

Each clamp works within a stated jaw range and grips by friction. Check plate thickness and surface — coated or oily plate reduces grip.
