Jibs

Turning a forklift into a short-reach crane

A jib slots onto standard fork tines and gives a hook for suspended loads, with no permanent modification to the truck. Fixed jibs are simple and rigid; extending and adjustable jibs trade some capacity for reach and angle.

Capacity falls with reach

The further out the hook, the less both the jib and the truck can safely carry. Work from the derated capacity for the extension you will actually use, and remember the truck itself is derated by the attachment.

Common questions
Do I need to modify the forklift?

No. Jibs slot onto standard fork tines and are secured with a retaining pin or chain. No permanent modification is required.

Why does capacity drop when the jib is extended?

Extending moves the load further from the mast, reducing what both the jib and the truck can carry. Use the derated figures for the extension in use.

Delivery Information

From our depot to your site, every order is fully tracked and delivered on our own WOLFF Onsite vehicles or via trusted courier partners. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and order size.

Pallet Delivery
Dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivered next working day between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is based on the number of pallet spaces and your delivery zone.

Parcel Delivery
Smaller items like radio accessories and safety equipment ship via tracked courier at a flat rate. Deliveries between 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

RENTAL Delivery / Collection
All rentals are delivered and collected by the WOLFF Onsite team. We'll confirm a delivery time that works for you and arrange collection within 3 working days of your hire end date. Deliveries and collections between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday collections can be arranged if suitable.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched same day where possible. Some products carry a manufacturing lead time, this is always stated in the product description.
