Warning: Use the appropriate harness D-ring for the task โ front D-ring for ladder fall arresters, rear D-ring for general fall arrest. After any fall, withdraw the entire kit from service for competent person inspection.
Inspect each component of the kit before every use. Components may have different service life and inspection intervals โ refer to each component's operating manual for the specific requirements. A competent person thorough examination is required at least every 6 months for all components. Replace components as they reach end of service life or fail inspection.
