How to Use the Scaffolders Kit
- Inspect every kit component before each use.
- Plan the climbing route and identify scaffold tubes that can be used as anchor points.
- Fit the harness and adjust for a secure fit.
- Connect the central end of the twin tail lanyard to the harness rear D-ring.
- Hook one scaffold hook tail onto the first scaffold tube anchor.
- Begin climbing. When ready to transfer to the next anchor, attach the second scaffold hook tail to the new anchor first, then release the first tail.
- Continue until the working position is reached — at all times at least one tail must be attached to a certified scaffold tube.
- On completion, repack the kit into the storage bag.
