The Yale HTP ATEX is the explosion-protected version of Yale's manual push trolley, certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres per the ATEX Directive. The BASIC grade covers Zone 2 (gas, group IIA) and Zone 22 (dust, group IIIA) โ typical of areas where an explosive atmosphere is unlikely during normal operation. The trolley uses an MKS spark-resistant coating on external moving surfaces and is fitted with rubber buffers as standard. Mechanical performance and beam compatibility are identical to the standard HTP, with Size A and Size B variants both available.
Certified for Zone 2 (gas, group IIA, T4) and Zone 22 (dust, group IIIA, T135 ยฐC). For Zone 1/21 the HIGH grade is also available (II 2G Ex h IIC T4 Gb / II 2D Ex h IIIC T135 ยฐC Db) with solid bronze wheels โ contact us for HIGH grade SKUs. CE marked, UKCA marked, ATEX Declaration of Conformity supplied. LOLER 1998 thorough examinations every 12 months.

The HTP ATEX is for explosion-protected applications: chemical and petrochemical plants, refineries, gas terminals, paint and solvent handling, grain stores and dust-handling facilities, mining (above ground), pharmaceutical production. BASIC for Zone 2/22; HIGH for Zone 1/21.
Warning: The HTP ATEX must be used with ATEX-compliant lifting equipment throughout the rigging chain. Combining ATEX and non-ATEX components defeats the protection rating.
The HTP ATEX requires standard HTP inspection plus a visual check of the MKS spark-resistant coating. Coating damage requires repair or removal from service to maintain certification. WOLFF Onsite provides LOLER and ATEX-aware inspection services.

From our depot to your site, every order is fully tracked and delivered on our own WOLFF Onsite vehicles or via trusted courier partners. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and order size.
Pallet Delivery
Dispatched within 1โ2 working days, delivered next working day between 8amโ5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is based on the number of pallet spaces and your delivery zone.
Parcel Delivery
Smaller items like radio accessories and safety equipment ship via tracked courier at a flat rate. Deliveries between 8:30amโ5pm, Monday to Friday.
RENTAL Delivery / Collection
All rentals are delivered and collected by the WOLFF Onsite team. We'll confirm a delivery time that works for you and arrange collection within 3 working days of your hire end date. Deliveries and collections between 8amโ5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday collections can be arranged if suitable.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched same day where possible. Some products carry a manufacturing lead time, this is always stated in the product description.
