The Camlok BTG concrete pipe lifting set is a three-clamp set for concrete pipes Ø400-2000mm. The three clamps engage the pipe wall edge (40-180mm wall thickness range) and connect to a 3-leg chain sling for balanced lifting, compliant with DIN 4034 for pipe handling with a 4:1 safety factor. Available in BTG1500 (1500 kg) and BTG3000 (3000 kg) WLL ratings; made in the UK.

Concrete pipe installation for drainage, sewer, surface water, and culvert applications. Particularly suited to pipes that need to be pitched precisely into prepared trench beddings.
Inspection and Maintenance
A visual inspection is required before every use. A thorough examination by a qualified engineer is required at least every 6 months in regular use, in accordance with LOLER 1998. Records of examination must be kept. Refer to the manufacturer's manual for detailed inspection and maintenance instructions, derating factors for use, and replacement schedules for any wearing components.
