The Camlok CH horizontal lifting clamp is designed for handling plate stock in any orientation — vertical, horizontal, and pivoting between the two. Always used in pairs, the CH series supports load capacities from 1000 kg up to 20,000 kg WLL per clamp (so a pair gives the full marked capacity), with smooth jaws for finished or coated surfaces or serrated jaws for maximum grip on heavier or rougher plate.
Key Features
- Wide capacity range — 1000 kg up to 20,000 kg WLL per clamp — pair capacity is double the individual rating when correctly rigged.
- Smooth or serrated jaw — smooth jaw for general plate handling including plate bundles. Serrated jaw for maximum grip on single plates ONLY — serrated jaw variants are special order and must not be used on plate bundles.
- Standard and long-reach (L) — L variants accept thicker plate.
- Plate pivot capability — the CH design supports controlled pivoting of plate between horizontal and vertical orientations.
- Forged construction — designed for daily heavy fabrication use.
