The Camlok DC and DCV drum clamps are mechanical attachments for lifting standard 200-litre steel drums and similar barrels by crane or forklift attachment. The DC500 (TFRK series, 500 kg WLL) is the standard horizontal clamp design โ lightweight at 1.5 kg โ while the DCV500 (TFK series, 500 kg WLL) is the vertical lift variant for upright drum lifting and stacking, heavier at 7.3 kg with a more robust grip mechanism. Both engage the drum's top rim for secure attachment.

The Camlok DC and DCV drum clamps are CE marked, UKCA compliant, and supplied with manufacturer's certification. Fully compatible with LOLER 1998 and PUWER 1998 when used within rated capacity.

Drum decanting operations, drum stacking and palletising, drum loading onto trailers and rail cars, and drum repositioning in warehouses and processing plants. Use the DC500 for general drum handling; the DCV500 for vertical lifts and where additional holding force is needed.
A visual inspection is required before every use. A thorough examination by a qualified engineer is required at least every 6 months in regular use, in accordance with LOLER 1998. Records of examination must be kept. Refer to the manufacturer's manual for detailed inspection and maintenance instructions, derating factors for use, and replacement schedules for any wearing components.

No. The DC and DCV drum clamps require a steel rim/chime for secure mechanical engagement. Plastic or fibreboard drums do not provide adequate grip.

From our depot to your site, every order is fully tracked and delivered on our own WOLFF Onsite vehicles or via trusted courier partners. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and order size.
Pallet Delivery
Dispatched within 1โ2 working days, delivered next working day between 8amโ5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is based on the number of pallet spaces and your delivery zone.
Parcel Delivery
Smaller items like radio accessories and safety equipment ship via tracked courier at a flat rate. Deliveries between 8:30amโ5pm, Monday to Friday.
RENTAL Delivery / Collection
All rentals are delivered and collected by the WOLFF Onsite team. We'll confirm a delivery time that works for you and arrange collection within 3 working days of your hire end date. Deliveries and collections between 8amโ5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday collections can be arranged if suitable.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched same day where possible. Some products carry a manufacturing lead time, this is always stated in the product description.
