How to Use the TKB Cable Reel Lifter

1. Inspect both clamps before each use — body, locking lever and pivot points.
2. Confirm drum and cable weight is within 5000 kg pair WLL.
3. Position one clamp at each end of the drum, engaging the inner bore.
4. Operate the locking lever on each clamp to secure inside the drum.
5. Connect both clamps to a two-leg chain sling at the crane hook.
6. Lift slowly and verify the drum is balanced before transporting.
7. Lower the drum, release the locking levers, and remove both clamps.

Warning:
Always use in pairs — single clamp lifting of cable drums is unsafe. Verify the locking lever has fully engaged on both clamps before lifting. Confirm drum + cable total weight is within 5000 kg pair WLL.
