The Camlok TWG vertical plate clamp is part of the CMCO Camlok industrial range, offered in 750 kg and 1250 kg WLL with multiple jaw width options (100 mm and 200 mm depending on capacity). The TWG combines the proven self-locking action of the wider Camlok plate clamp portfolio with practical capacity ratings for medium-duty plate handling.

Suitable Applications

Medium-duty vertical plate handling in fabrication shops, sheet metal operations, structural steelwork, and general lifting applications at the 750–1250 kg WLL range.

Vertical clamps lift plate on edge; where plate must be lifted flat or turned, see the horizontal lifting clamps, and for polished or coated plate the non-marring range grips without leaving tooth marks.

Inspection and Maintenance

A visual inspection is required before every use. A thorough examination by a qualified engineer is required at least every 6 months in regular use, in accordance with LOLER 1998. Records of examination must be kept. Refer to the manufacturer's manual for detailed inspection and maintenance instructions, derating factors for use, and replacement schedules for any wearing components.
