The EGV PSL 1016 II is the compact model in the PSL range, built around a slim single mast that keeps the load and the floor ahead in clear view. At 794 mm overall width it is the narrowest electric stacker in the Pfaff range, and the 60 mm fork thickness makes pallet entry easier when working at height.
Full free lift of 1,510 mm means the forks reach maximum height without the mast extending, so the truck can work under low headroom. A gel battery is fitted as standard, and the access opening beneath the chassis allows the motor wheel to be removed without jacking the machine.
Key Features
- 794 mm overall width — the narrowest in the range
- Full free lift to 1,510 mm — works under restricted headroom
- 60 mm fork thickness — easier pallet entry at height
- Gel battery as standard — maintenance free
- Ultra-slow drive function — precise positioning in tight spaces
Where Is It Used?
Stock rooms, back-of-house retail, workshops, plant rooms and any indoor area where aisle width or headroom rules out a larger machine.
Pre-Use Checks
- Confirm the thorough examination is in date and the report is available.
- Check the battery charge level and that the charging lead is disconnected and stowed.
- Inspect forks for cracks, bending or wear.
- Test lift, lower, travel and the emergency isolator through full function with no load.
- Check the service brake and that the truck stops when the tiller is released.
- Inspect drive wheel, load and steering rollers for damage or embedded debris.
- Confirm the load is within rated capacity at 600 mm load centre.
Safety
- Rated capacity applies up to 2.5 m lift height. Above that, refer to the residual capacity chart in the operating manual.
- Capacity is quoted at a 600 mm load centre.
- Never allow anyone beneath raised forks or a raised load.
- Do not use the truck to lift or transport people.
- Travel with the forks lowered.
- Charge traction batteries in a designated, well-ventilated area.
- Thorough examination is required under LOLER 1998 at least every 12 months.

A stacker lifts as well as moves. Where loads only need moving at floor level, a hand pallet truck is lighter and cheaper.
