GREENLINE | 2,000 kg Capacity | Built-In Scale | LCD Display | CE Marked
The Pfaff-Silberblau HU W-20 GREENLINE combines a 2,000 kg pallet truck with an integrated electronic weighing system, letting the operator transport and weigh a load in a single operation. Weighing transducers built into the fork structure feed an LCD display on the control handle, reading 0 to 2,000 kg in 5 kg increments with stepped accuracy โ dramatically faster than transferring loads to a floor scale for goods-in checks, loading control and transport-weight verification. Two configurations are available: a standard 540 mm outside-fork model and a narrow-roller 570 mm version.

Supplied with an EC Declaration of Conformity under EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The integrated weighing system is factory-calibrated. Manufactured in compliance with EN 1757-2 and the harmonised standards DIN EN ISO 12100-1 and DIN EN ISO 12100-2. Note: the integrated scale is not approved for trade use under the Non-Automatic Weighing Instruments Regulations (NAWI) โ suitable for internal weighing only.
The Pfaff-Silberblau HU W-20 GREENLINE combines a 2,000 kg pallet truck with an integrated electronic weighing system, allowing the operator to transport and weigh a load in a single operation. The weighing transducers are built into the fork structure and connected to an LCD display mounted on the control handle. The scale reads from 0 to 2,000 kg in 5 kg increments with stepped accuracy (ยฑ10 kg below 500 kg, ยฑ20 kg between 500 and 1,000 kg, ยฑ30 kg between 1,000 and 2,000 kg). For goods-in checks, loading control, and transport-weight verification, this is dramatically faster than transferring loads to a floor scale. Two configurations are available: a standard 540 mm outside-fork model and a narrow-roller 570 mm version.
The integrated weigh-scale pallet truck is the right tool wherever transport and weighing happen in close sequence: goods-in receipt checking (verifying delivered weight against the despatch note); pre-load weight verification before tail-lift loading; internal stock control where weight-based inventory matters; recipe and batch weighing in production environments; and waste and recycling operations where waste streams are billed by weight.
The integrated system saves time over the alternative workflow of transferring the load onto a floor scale or platform scale and back again. For high-volume operations, the time saving compounds โ an operation doing 50 goods-in checks per day saves typically 30 to 45 minutes of double-handling per shift.
It is not the right tool where legal-for-trade weighing is required. Customs declarations, weighbridge submissions, and certified-weight invoicing all require NAWI-approved equipment. The integrated scale here is for internal use only.
