A weighscale truck removes a trip to the floor scale from every goods-in and despatch movement. The load is weighed on the forks as it is lifted, so the check happens where the pallet already is rather than in a queue at a weighbridge.
The Premium model measures in 1kg increments to ±0.1% with a totalising function, which is the specification you need where the weight is going on paperwork. The display is IP65 rated against splash and dust.
Key Features
- 1kg increments — accuracy ±0.1%
- Zero and total weight functions — tare the pallet and accumulate a running total across a load
- High-contrast display — readable in poor warehouse lighting
- IP65 sealed — splash-proof and dust-protected for yard and goods-in use
- Battery autonomy — 70 hours
- Polyurethane rollers — reduce vibration, which improves weighing repeatability
- Totalising function — accumulates weights across multiple lifts for despatch documentation

CE Marked | 12-Month On-Site Warranty
Supplied by Warrior, part of the Handling Equipment UK range. Manufactured to CE / UKCA standards and supplied with a declaration of conformity where applicable. Lift tables are issued with a test certificate to EN 1570 on request.
Warranty
Every Warrior product is supplied with a full 12-month on-site warranty covering parts and labour at no additional cost. Cover starts from the date of delivery and repairs are carried out at your premises rather than under a return-to-base arrangement. A comprehensive UK spare parts stock is held for every model in the range, and servicing, repair and statutory inspection can be arranged through WOLFF Onsite.
Suitable Applications
Goods-in verification, despatch weight checks, waste and recycling weighing, freight pre-check before collection, and stock control by weight.
How to Use
- Switch on and allow the display to settle before lifting.
- Zero the scale with the forks empty and lowered.
- Enter the pallet and raise until the forks are clear of the floor and free-hanging.
- Allow the reading to stabilise before recording it.
- Use the total function to accumulate multiple pallets where required.
Warning: A weighscale truck is not a trade-approved weighing instrument. Do not use the reading as the basis of a sale by weight unless the unit has been separately verified for that purpose.
Safety Information
- Check the load is stable and evenly distributed across both forks before lifting.
- Do not ride on the truck or allow anyone to stand on the forks.
- Keep feet clear of the wheels and rollers when lowering.
- Inspect the hydraulic unit for leaks before each shift and withdraw from service if the ram creeps.
- Do not modify or weld any part of the chassis or forks.
Inspection and Maintenance
Keep the load cells and display clean and dry. Check the zero point weekly and recalibrate if it drifts. Otherwise inspect as a standard hand pallet truck.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this legal for trade?
No. These are indication scales for internal checks, stock control and despatch verification. Sale by weight requires a trade-approved instrument.
Q: Eco or Premium — which do I need?
If the number goes on a delivery note or invoice, take the Premium at 1kg and ±0.1%. If you are checking that a pallet is roughly what the paperwork says, the Eco at 5kg is sufficient and considerably cheaper.
Q: How accurate is it in practice?
Accuracy depends on the forks hanging free and the load being settled. Weigh on level ground, let the reading stabilise, and avoid weighing while the load is still swinging.
Q: How long does the battery last?
70 hours. Both models warn before the battery is exhausted.
Q: Can I zero out the pallet weight?
Yes. Zero the scale with an empty pallet on the forks and the display will show net product weight for the remainder of the session.
