How to Use the CPA ATEX Top Hook
- Verify the air supply is clean, dry and regulated to 4–6 bar before connection.
- Connect the air supply hose to the hoist inlet and check for leaks.
- Test the pendant controls for lift, lower and (where fitted) traverse operation.
- Attach the load hook centrally with the safety latch closed.
- Operate via the pendant using smooth control inputs.
- Isolate the air supply when the hoist is not in use.
