With a 100% duty rating and unlimited motor starts, it covers capacities from 125 kg up to 980 kg, and the all-pneumatic drive makes it well-suited to environments where electric hoists are not preferred.

How to Use the CPA ATEX Top Hook

1. Verify the air supply is clean, dry and regulated to 4–6 bar before connection.
2. Connect the air supply hose to the hoist inlet and check for leaks.
3. Test the pendant controls for lift, lower and (where fitted) traverse operation.
4. Attach the load hook centrally with the safety latch closed.
5. Operate via the pendant using smooth control inputs.
6. Isolate the air supply when the hoist is not in use.

Warning:
Always isolate and exhaust the air supply before any inspection or maintenance. Stored compressed air can cause sudden uncontrolled movement of the load.
