How to Use the Yale YL ITP ATEX Hand Chain Hoist with Integrated Push Trolley
- Verify the ATEX zone classification: Confirm the trolley's ATEX marking (II 2 GD C IIC T4) is suitable for the zone, gas group, and temperature class of the work area.
- Verify beam compatibility: Confirm beam flange width, thickness, and curve radius are within the trolley's rated range.
- Adjust the trolley side plates: Adjust to match the beam flange using the supplied adjusting nuts.
- Fit the trolley to the beam: Open, position over the beam, close and tighten adjusting nuts to specified torque.
