The YaleERGO 360 redefines lever-operated hoists with a patented hand lever featuring an integrated retractable crank handle — the 360° rotation lets operators work up to 12 times faster than a conventional ratchet lever hoist, with as much as 30% less pull force at the WLL. The lightweight, high-strength aluminium housing with powder coating and quality bearings gives long service life even in rough conditions. A direction indicator window clearly shows LIFTING (▲), LOWERING (▼) or NEUTRAL (N), with a locking selector lever preventing accidental switching.

Key Features

  • Patented hand lever with integrated retractable crank: 360° rotation lets operators work up to 12× faster than a conventional ratchet lever hoist, with 30% less pull force at WLL.
  • Lightweight high-strength aluminium housing: Powder-coated aluminium housing with high-quality bearings gives long service life under intensive use and rough operating conditions.
  • Direction indicator window: Easy-to-use, highly visible window on the lever clearly shows the operating mode — LIFTING (▲), LOWERING (▼) or NEUTRAL (N) — at a glance.
  • Locking selector lever: The selector lever locks in place to prevent accidental switching of operating direction. A distinctive clicking sound confirms it is locked into position.
  • Covered load pressure brake: The brake remains free of dirt and moisture, enabling precise load positioning over the full lift range.
  • Standard free-chaining device: Quickly attach the load or pull the chain through the hoist in both directions, with single-handed operation possible.
  • Body lies flat to minimise tipping: The unique body design lets the YaleERGO 360 sit flat on the work surface, reducing the risk of tipping or slipping during operation.
  • Rotatable forged hooks with cast safety latches: Rotatable forged top and load hooks ensure reliable load suspension. Screwed top hook cross bars and bottom blocks allow easy maintenance.
  • Lever folds into a carrying grip: When folded out, the lever handle can serve as a carrying grip for easy transport.
  • Body alignment with the load chain: Design keeps the operator's body aligned with the load chain, reducing the risk of the "twist effect" where a hoist twists around the chain.

More About This Product

The YaleERGO 360 redefines lever-operated hoists with a patented hand lever featuring an integrated retractable crank handle. The 360° rotation allows operators to work up to 12 times faster than with a conventional ratchet lever hoist, with as much as 30% less pull force at the WLL. The lightweight, high-strength aluminium housing with powder coating and high-quality bearings gives a long service life even under intensive use in rough operating conditions. A direction indicator window on the lever clearly shows LIFTING (▲), LOWERING (▼) or NEUTRAL (N), and the locking selector lever prevents accidental switching with a distinctive locking click.

Suitable Applications

The YaleERGO 360 is used wherever a conventional ratchet lever hoist would be — but where speed, ergonomics and reduced operator effort are priorities. Typical applications include construction and structural steel erection, plant maintenance, shipyard and dry dock work, scaffold tensioning, pipework alignment, machinery positioning, and any high-cycle lifting or pulling task where the 360° crank operation will significantly reduce job time. Where an automatic safety gear is required see the ERGO 360 UT, and for conventional lever operation the UNOplus-A covers the same capacity range.

Optional Accessories

  • Overload protection slip clutch: Factory preset to approx. 25% ±15% overload.
  • Shipyard hooks: Special-design fixed hooks for the 1,500 kg and 3,000 kg models.
