The YaleERGO 360 redefines lever-operated hoists with a patented hand lever featuring an integrated retractable crank handle. The 360° rotation allows operators to work up to 12 times faster than with a conventional ratchet lever hoist, with as much as 30% less pull force at the WLL. The lightweight, high-strength aluminium housing with powder coating and high-quality bearings gives a long service life even under intensive use in rough operating conditions. A direction indicator window on the lever clearly shows LIFTING (▲), LOWERING (▼) or NEUTRAL (N), and the locking selector lever prevents accidental switching with a distinctive locking click.

All variants supplied with 1.5 m standard chain length. Shortest hook space (A min.): 320 mm (750 kg), 375 mm (1,500 kg), 445 mm (3,000 kg), 563 mm (6,000 kg), 695 mm (9,000 kg).

• Standard free-chaining device: Quickly attach the load or pull the chain through the hoist in both directions, with single-handed operation possible.
• Body lies flat to minimise tipping: The unique body design lets the YaleERGO 360 sit flat on the work surface, reducing the risk of tipping or slipping during operation.
• Rotatable forged hooks with cast safety latches: Rotatable forged top and load hooks ensure reliable load suspension. Screwed top hook cross bars and bottom blocks allow easy maintenance.
• Lever folds into a carrying grip: When folded out, the lever handle can serve as a carrying grip for easy transport.
• Body alignment with the load chain: Design keeps the operator's body aligned with the load chain, reducing the risk of the "twist effect" where a hoist twists around the chain.

Suitable Applications

The YaleERGO 360 is used wherever a conventional ratchet lever hoist would be — but where speed, ergonomics and reduced operator effort are priorities. Typical applications include construction and structural steel erection, plant maintenance, shipyard and dry dock work, scaffold tensioning, pipework alignment, machinery positioning, and any high-cycle lifting or pulling task where the 360° crank operation will significantly reduce job time.
