Yale AYS lifting claws are accessories for the YS cylinder range, providing a low-clearance lifting point that screws onto the collar thread of the cylinder. Three sizes cover the smaller YS cylinders: AYS-10 (5 t permissible capacity, fits YS-10), AYS-15 (8 t, fits YS-15), and AYS-23 (12 t, fits YS-23).
For low-clearance lifting with Yale YS cylinders
Yale describes the lifting claw as forming a compact, lightweight and versatile lifting unit when used with the corresponding hydraulic cylinder. The claws screw onto the collar thread of the YS cylinder and can be placed under loads with minimum clearance. Yale notes an important operational consideration: the hydraulic cylinder must be able to support itself against the load, and the maximum force of the cylinder is reduced by 50 percent when using a lifting claw.
Per Yale: lifting loads where overhead access is limited. The Yale catalogue example shows lifting of a container using a YS-23/160 cylinder with AYS-23 lifting claw and AYS-232 piston plate, powered by an HPS-2/2 hand pump with HPB-2 base frame.

From our depot to your site, every order is fully tracked and delivered on our own WOLFF Onsite vehicles or via trusted courier partners. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and order size.
Pallet Delivery
Dispatched within 1โ2 working days, delivered next working day between 8amโ5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is based on the number of pallet spaces and your delivery zone.
Parcel Delivery
Smaller items like radio accessories and safety equipment ship via tracked courier at a flat rate. Deliveries between 8:30amโ5pm, Monday to Friday.
RENTAL Delivery / Collection
All rentals are delivered and collected by the WOLFF Onsite team. We'll confirm a delivery time that works for you and arrange collection within 3 working days of your hire end date. Deliveries and collections between 8amโ5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday collections can be arranged if suitable.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched same day where possible. Some products carry a manufacturing lead time, this is always stated in the product description.
