Order Pickers

Picking at height

Order pickers raise the operator with the load so items can be picked directly from racking rather than bringing whole pallets down. They suit operations picking individual items across many locations.

Working at height applies

The operator is raised, so fall protection and a safe system of work are needed alongside the machine. Factor training and harness provision into the decision, not just the purchase.

Common questions
Does the operator need fall protection?

Yes. Working from a raised platform brings working-at-height requirements, including a suitable harness and anchor arrangement.

How does it differ from a stacker?

A stacker lifts the load only. An order picker raises the operator with it so individual items can be picked at height.

Delivery Information

From our depot to your site, every order is fully tracked and delivered on our own WOLFF Onsite vehicles or via trusted courier partners. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and order size.

Pallet Delivery
Dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivered next working day between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is based on the number of pallet spaces and your delivery zone.

Parcel Delivery
Smaller items like radio accessories and safety equipment ship via tracked courier at a flat rate. Deliveries between 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

RENTAL Delivery / Collection
All rentals are delivered and collected by the WOLFF Onsite team. We'll confirm a delivery time that works for you and arrange collection within 3 working days of your hire end date. Deliveries and collections between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday collections can be arranged if suitable.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched same day where possible. Some products carry a manufacturing lead time, this is always stated in the product description.
