Where a manual truck is no longer keeping up with the throughput, a powered unit is the next step — and lithium is what makes that step affordable to run. Ultra-slim chassis with a turning radius of just 1320mm and improved castor wheels for ramps.

The practical difference lithium makes is charging. A lead-acid machine needs a dedicated charging bay and a long uninterrupted charge; a lithium machine takes short opportunity charges through the day, slotting into meal breaks and downtime. That usually removes the need for a second battery entirely.

Key Features

  • Li-ion battery technology — opportunity charging in short intervals rather than long sessions
  • 3-4 hours of continuous work — 8-10 hours of typical intermittent duty on a full charge
  • Minimal maintenance — no watering, no equalising charges, no battery room ventilation
  • Zero emissions — suitable for food, pharmaceutical and enclosed environments
  • Compact chassis — designed for confined aisles and congested areas
  • Key specification — 1150 x 540mm forks

CE Marked | 12-Month On-Site Warranty

Supplied by Warrior, part of the Handling Equipment UK range. Manufactured to CE / UKCA standards and supplied with a declaration of conformity where applicable. Lift tables are issued with a test certificate to EN 1570 on request.

Warranty

Every Warrior product is supplied with a full 12-month on-site warranty covering parts and labour at no additional cost. Cover starts from the date of delivery and repairs are carried out at your premises rather than under a return-to-base arrangement. A comprehensive UK spare parts stock is held for every model in the range, and servicing, repair and statutory inspection can be arranged through WOLFF Onsite.

Suitable Applications

Warehousing and distribution, manufacturing and production line feeding, third-party logistics, food and beverage, and any operation where manual handling throughput has become the constraint.

How to Use

  1. Confirm the battery has sufficient charge for the intended work period.
  2. Check the forks, wheels and controls before starting the shift.
  3. Operate at a walking pace appropriate to the load and the aisle.
  4. Lower the forks fully and apply the brake when leaving the machine.
  5. Charge during breaks rather than waiting for the battery to discharge fully.

Warning: Operators must be trained and authorised. Powered industrial trucks are subject to PUWER and to your site's own operating rules.

Safety Information

  • Only trained and authorised operators may use this machine.
  • Do not exceed the rated capacity or load off-centre.
  • Travel with the forks lowered and the load stable.
  • Sound the horn at blind corners and pedestrian crossings.
  • Report any fault immediately and remove the machine from service.

Inspection and Maintenance

Carry out a documented pre-use check each shift. Servicing should follow the manufacturer's schedule — WOLFF Onsite can arrange planned maintenance alongside your other equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is opportunity charging?

Charging in short bursts through the day rather than one long session. Lithium batteries take no harm from partial charges, so a machine can be topped up during a meal break and returned to work. That usually removes the need for a spare battery.

Q: How long does a charge last?

3-4 hours of continuous work, or 8-10 hours of typical intermittent duty. Most operations find a single machine covers a full shift with a top-up at break.

Q: Does it need a battery room?

No. Lithium batteries do not off-gas, so no dedicated ventilated charging room is required. A standard socket in a sensible location is sufficient.

Q: What maintenance does the battery need?

None in the sense a lead-acid battery does — no topping up with water, no equalising charges and no specific gravity checks.

Q: Do operators need training?

Yes. Powered industrial trucks require trained and authorised operators under PUWER, and your insurers will expect documented training records.

Q: What is covered by the warranty?

A full 12 months from delivery, parts and labour, carried out on your site.
