How to Use
- Position the stacker and apply the brake.
- Fit either the forks or the platform depending on the load.
- Engage the load, keeping the weight central and within 400kg.
- Pump the foot pedal to the required height.
- Lower under control and withdraw once the load is fully supported.
Warning: Never exceed 400kg or allow the load to overhang the platform or fork tips.
Safety Information
- Check the mast is clear and the chains are correctly seated before lifting.
- Never lift a load that exceeds the rated capacity or extends beyond the fork tips.
- Do not travel with the forks raised above transport height.
- Keep all personnel clear of the mast and load during raising and lowering.
- Withdraw from service immediately if a chain shows wear, stretch or damage.
Inspection and Maintenance
Inspect the lift chains weekly for stretch, wear and correct tension, and check the mast rollers and fork carriage for free movement. Grease the mast channels periodically. Stackers used to lift loads clear of the ground should be included in your documented inspection regime.
