The hand pallet truck is the single most-used piece of equipment in most warehouses, and the one most likely to be replaced early. This Warrior model is built around sealed hydraulics with a pressure relief valve, full bushing in the key wear areas and self-lubricating bushes, so the pump does not weep and the pivot points do not seize after a season of daily use.
Fork length and width determine which pallets you can enter and how the load sits once lifted. Roller type determines how it steers: tandem rollers spread the load and track well over longer runs and expansion joints, while single rollers turn more tightly in confined aisles. Both suit Euro and standard UK pallets.
Key Features
- Sealed hydraulics — world-class proven pump unit with a pressure relief and overload valve
- 3-position trigger — raise, neutral and lower selected from the handle without changing grip
- Climber wheels — entry rollers help the truck ride over pallet boards, kerbs and floor joints
- Full bushing — every key wear point bushed, with greasing points for in-house maintenance
- Self-lubricating bushes — reduces the servicing burden between LOLER inspections
- Nylon rollers and steer wheels — long-life, non-marking and suitable for finished floors
- Euro and UK pallet compatible — 220mm between forks accepts both standard pallet types

CE Marked | 12-Month On-Site Warranty
Supplied by Warrior, part of the Handling Equipment UK range. Manufactured to CE / UKCA standards and supplied with a declaration of conformity where applicable. Lift tables are issued with a test certificate to EN 1570 on request.
Warranty
Every Warrior product is supplied with a full 12-month on-site warranty covering parts and labour at no additional cost. Cover starts from the date of delivery and repairs are carried out at your premises rather than under a return-to-base arrangement. A comprehensive UK spare parts stock is held for every model in the range, and servicing, repair and statutory inspection can be arranged through WOLFF Onsite.
Suitable Applications
Warehousing, logistics and distribution centres, manufacturing and production lines, retail stock rooms, cold stores, printers and general goods-in and despatch handling. The 685mm wide models suit CHEP and other wide pallets; the 450mm narrow models suit printers' pallets and confined aisles.
How to Use
- Check the forks are fully lowered and the pump is in the neutral position.
- Enter the pallet squarely, driving the forks fully home so the load sits over both rollers.
- Set the trigger to raise and pump the handle until the pallet clears the floor by 20-30mm.
- Move the load at walking pace, pulling rather than pushing where possible for better steering control.
- Set the trigger to lower and release the load fully before withdrawing the forks.
Warning: Never exceed the rated capacity, and never use the truck on a gradient where the load could run away. Pallet trucks are designed for moving loads on level, sound floors only.
Safety Information
- Check the load is stable and evenly distributed across both forks before lifting.
- Do not ride on the truck or allow anyone to stand on the forks.
- Keep feet clear of the wheels and rollers when lowering.
- Inspect the hydraulic unit for leaks before each shift and withdraw from service if the ram creeps.
- Do not modify or weld any part of the chassis or forks.
Inspection and Maintenance
Inspect weekly, paying attention to the pump seals, ram, load rollers, steer wheels and fork welds. Grease the pivot points at the marked greasing points. Any truck that will not hold a load, creeps under load or shows a cracked weld should be withdrawn from service immediately.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the difference between tandem and single rollers?
Tandem rollers use two smaller rollers per fork, spreading the load over a wider footprint. They track well over expansion joints and longer runs. Single rollers use one larger roller per fork and pivot more tightly, which suits confined aisles and frequent turning. Capacity is unaffected.
Q: Will this truck fit a Euro pallet and a UK pallet?
Yes. The distance between the forks is 220mm, which accepts both Euro (1200 x 800mm) and standard UK (1200 x 1000mm) pallets. Choose the 540mm overall fork width for Euro pallets and the 685mm width for CHEP and other wide pallets.
Q: What fork length should I choose?
Match the fork length to your longest common pallet. 1150mm suits the majority of UK and Euro pallets. 1000mm suits shorter pallets and tighter turning circles; 1220mm gives full support under longer loads.
Q: Does a hand pallet truck need a LOLER inspection?
Hand pallet trucks are generally covered by PUWER rather than LOLER, as the load is carried rather than suspended. A documented periodic inspection regime is still expected. Contact us if you need this arranging alongside your other equipment.
Q: Can it be used outdoors?
On level, sound tarmac or concrete, yes. Nylon rollers are not suited to rough ground, gravel or unmade surfaces — a rough terrain pallet truck with pneumatic tyres is the correct tool for those conditions.
Q: What is covered by the warranty?
A full 12 months from delivery, parts and labour, carried out on your site. Wear items damaged through misuse or overloading are excluded.
