A pallet being built or stripped starts at knee height and ends above the shoulder, and the operator bends and stretches through the whole cycle. This platform sinks as weight is added and rises as it is removed, holding the working face at a constant comfortable height throughout.
It does this entirely without power. A spring pack matched to your load does the work, so there is no supply to run, nothing to charge, and nothing to fail. The turntable rotates so the operator reaches across the near edge rather than walking around the pallet.

How to Use
- Confirm the spring pack is matched to the load range you are handling.
- Position the leveller and place the empty pallet on the turntable.
- Build the load — the platform sinks progressively as weight is added.
- Rotate the turntable to bring each face within comfortable reach.
- Remove the completed pallet by forklift or pallet truck.
Warning: The spring pack must be matched to the load range. A pack set for the wrong range will either fail to level or drop suddenly as weight is applied.
Safety Information
- Confirm the spring pack matches the load range before use.
- Keep hands and feet clear of the scissor mechanism and platform edge.
- Fit the optional safety skirt where trap risk cannot otherwise be controlled.

Inspection and Maintenance
Inspect the springs, scissor pivots and turntable bearing monthly. A spring showing corrosion, distortion or a broken coil must be replaced as a set, not individually.

Q: How does it work without power?
A spring pack beneath the platform is matched to your load range. As weight is added the springs compress and the platform sinks; as weight is removed they extend and it rises. The result is a working face that stays at roughly constant height.
Q: Why do you need my load parameters?
The spring pack has to be matched to the weight range you handle. A pack set for 200-800kg will not work with 1500kg pallets, and vice versa. Tell us your typical and maximum loads and we specify accordingly.
Q: Can the spring pack be changed later?
Yes. The easy-change system allows the pack to be reconfigured if your load range shifts. Contact us for the correct configuration.
Q: What is the C variant?
The WRSPP360-2000C is supplied with a protective curtain fitted around the scissor mechanism, which is the correct specification where trap risk cannot be controlled by position alone.
Q: Does the turntable lock?
The turntable rotates freely under hand pressure and holds position under load. It is designed for manual rotation during picking rather than powered indexing.
