Lifting-gear specialists in Sheffield & London — phone & email

The Agile EVO is the fully electric version of the Agile platform, and at 97kg including battery it is the lightest powered pallet truck Lifter make. Both travel and lift are powered, so the operator neither pushes nor pumps, and the lithium battery is included in the product code. That combination — full power in a truck lighter than most manual pallet trucks — is what makes it work on tail lifts, in vehicles and on upper floors where weight is the constraint.

Manufacturer Assurance

Lifter by Pramac is backed by over 40 years of material handling equipment manufacture. All Lifter by Pramac products are designed to meet 100% compliance with current standard regulations, and are subject to internal quality testing for reliability and durability.

PX Agile EVO EP7531XPT00 1200 kg 1185 mm 555 mm -

Lift height 115mm, lowered height 85mm, overall length 1630mm, overall width 525mm, aisle width 2094mm, turning radius 1413mm, travel 4.2 km/h laden. Other fork sizes available POA.

Key Features

  • 97kg including battery — the lightest powered pallet truck in the range, and lighter than many manual trucks.
  • Fully electric travel and lift — neither pushing nor pumping, which is the difference over a full shift of repetitive work.
  • Lithium battery in the product code — supplied with the truck rather than ordered separately, and maintenance free.
  • 525mm overall width — narrow enough for tight aisles despite being fully powered.
  • Weigh scale versions available — GS and PX Agile EVO builds combine powered operation with integrated weighing.
  • Two hour charge — the desktop charger (EY000A00032) tops up over a break rather than overnight.

Suitable Applications

The Agile EVO is the truck for delivery and multi-drop work where the operator needs powered assistance but the vehicle cannot carry weight: tail-lift deliveries, retail and hospitality supply, event and exhibition logistics, and upper-floor operations reached by lift. It also suits small warehouses where a full-size truck is more than the space justifies. Where the battery going flat would stop work entirely, the semi-electric Agile is the safer choice because it reverts to manual.

How to Use

  1. Check battery charge and confirm the load is within the rated capacity.
  2. Lower the forks fully and enter the pallet squarely, driving the forks home.
  3. Raise just clear of the floor using the tiller controls.
  4. Travel with the tiller in the operating position, keeping the truck in view and pedestrians clear.
  5. Release the butterfly control to brake; the truck stops automatically if the tiller is released.
  6. Lower, release the load and withdraw the forks squarely.
  7. Return the truck to the charge point at the end of the shift.

Warning: Unlike the semi-electric Agile, this truck has no manual mode. A flat battery stops work, so charging discipline matters.

Safety Information

  • Only trained and authorised operators should use a powered pallet truck.
  • Travel at a pace appropriate to the floor, the load and the people around you.
  • Keep feet clear of the wheels; a powered truck does not stop instantly.
  • Never carry passengers and never ride on a pedestrian truck.
  • Lower the forks fully before leaving the truck and before charging.
  • Charge in a well-ventilated area following the battery manufacturer's instructions.

Inspection and Maintenance

Check battery charge, brake function, wheels and forks before each shift, and confirm the truck stops when the tiller is released. Keep drive and load wheels clear of banding and wrap. Battery care depends on type: lead-acid needs topping up on schedule, gel and lithium do not. Powered trucks fall under PUWER; keep inspection records and withdraw anything that fails a check.

What's Included

  • Agile EVO fully electric pallet truck
  • Lithium battery — included in the product code
  • Operator manual
  • Desktop charger (EY000A00032) is ordered separately

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Agile or Agile EVO?

The Agile semi-electric has powered lift and manual travel, and reverts to manual if the battery dies. The Agile EVO powers both and has no manual fallback. Choose EVO for productivity, semi-electric for resilience.

Q: How can it be only 97kg?

Lithium battery and a compact chassis designed around weight. It is lighter than many manual pallet trucks while carrying 1200kg.

Q: Can I get other fork sizes?

Yes, other fork sizes on Agile and Agile EVO are available price on application.

Q: Does it include a charger?

The battery is included in the product code; the desktop charger (EY000A00032) is ordered separately and charges in two hours.
