The HX10 Agile EVO is the fully electric member of the scissor lift family: powered lift and powered travel, so the operator neither pumps nor pushes. It is built on the Agile platform, which means a lithium battery included in the product code and a light, compact chassis rather than the heavier construction of a conventional electric truck. Capacity is 800kg against 1000kg on the HX10M and HX10E — the trade for having both functions powered in a machine this size.

Suitable Applications
Specify the Agile EVO where operators both lift and travel repeatedly: order picking and packing across a pick face, kitting and sub-assembly, and any process where the same person moves the load and then works on it at height. It is the machine that removes the most physical effort of the three high lifts. Where loads exceed 800kg, the HX10E gives 1000kg with powered lift but manual travel. Note that auto-levelling, available on the HX10E, is not offered on this model.
How to Use
- Check battery charge and confirm the load is within the 800kg rating.
- Enter the pallet squarely with the forks fully lowered.
- Travel to position with the forks low, then move clear of racking before raising.
- Raise to working height using the tiller controls.
- Apply the stabilising procedure before working at the raised position.
- Lower fully before travelling again, and return to the charger at the end of the shift.
Warning: Capacity is 800kg, not the 1000kg of the other high lifts. Never travel with the forks raised, and never allow any part of the body under a raised load.
Safety Information
- Only trained and authorised operators should use a powered high lift.
- Never place hands or feet inside the scissor mechanism.
- Lower fully before travelling, before leaving the truck and before charging.
- Keep bystanders clear while raising or lowering.
- Charge in a well-ventilated area using the correct charger for the lithium battery.
Inspection and Maintenance
Check battery charge, brake function, scissor pivots and hydraulics before each shift. Lithium batteries need no topping up but should be charged with the matched charger only. As lifting equipment the truck falls under LOLER as well as PUWER: keep inspection records and arrange thorough examination at the required interval.
