Lifting-gear specialists in Sheffield & London — phone & email

Bending to floor level is where most warehouse back injuries start. This table lifts 750kg from 420mm to 990mm on a foot-operated pump, bringing the work to the operator instead of the other way round — and because it is mobile, it goes to the job rather than the job coming to it.

The Eco range is built for everyday workshop and stores use — the same hydraulics and dead-man lowering as the Premium range, in a lighter frame at a lower price. Lowering is infinitely controlled through a dead-man trigger, so the platform stops the instant it is released.

Key Features

  • Foot-operated hydraulic pump — raises the table hands-free so both hands stay on the load
  • Dead-man release trigger — infinitely controlled lowering — release and the table stops instantly
  • Two total-stop brakes — fitted as standard to hold the table still during loading and unloading
  • Overload valve — protects the ram and prevents lifting beyond the rated capacity
  • Non-marking polyurethane tyres — hard wearing and safe on finished and coated floors
  • Swivel wheels with foot guards — manoeuvrable in confined areas without trapping feet
  • Two fixed and two swivel castors — braked and fitted with foot guards

CE Marked | 12-Month On-Site Warranty

Supplied by Warrior, part of the Handling Equipment UK range. Manufactured to CE / UKCA standards and supplied with a declaration of conformity where applicable. Lift tables are issued with a test certificate to EN 1570 on request.

Warranty

Every Warrior product is supplied with a full 12-month on-site warranty covering parts and labour at no additional cost. Cover starts from the date of delivery and repairs are carried out at your premises rather than under a return-to-base arrangement. A comprehensive UK spare parts stock is held for every model in the range, and servicing, repair and statutory inspection can be arranged through WOLFF Onsite.

Suitable Applications

Packing and assembly benches, production line feeding, order picking, engineering workshops, stores and goods-in areas, and any repetitive task currently performed at floor level.

How to Use

  1. Position the table alongside the load and apply both brakes.
  2. Load evenly across the platform, keeping the weight central and within the rated capacity.
  3. Pump the foot pedal to raise the platform to working height.
  4. Release the brakes to move the table, keeping the load low while travelling.
  5. Squeeze the dead-man release trigger to lower under control, releasing it to stop at any point.

Warning: Never stand or ride on the platform, and never work beneath a raised table without the maintenance stops engaged. Load must be evenly distributed and within the rated capacity.

Safety Information

  • Apply both brakes before loading or unloading.
  • Keep the load central — off-centre loading reduces the safe capacity significantly.
  • Never travel with the platform fully raised; lower to transport height first.
  • Check the scissor mechanism for debris before raising.
  • Withdraw from service if the platform creeps down under load.

Inspection and Maintenance

Inspect weekly, checking the hydraulic unit for leaks, the scissor pivots for wear and the castors and brakes for correct operation. Grease the pivot points periodically. A test certificate to EN 1570 is available on request and should be retained with your equipment records.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the difference between single and double scissor?

A single scissor gives a lift of roughly two and a half times the lowered height and is the right choice for most bench-height work. A double scissor stacks two mechanisms to reach much greater heights from a similar footprint, at the cost of a higher lowered height and a slower lift.

Q: How many pump strokes to reach full height?

It varies by model and is listed in the specification table above. As a guide, smaller capacity tables reach full height in 16-30 strokes; the larger platforms take 55-200.

Q: Can the table be moved with a load on it?

Yes, but lower it to transport height first. Travelling with the platform raised makes the table unstable and is the most common cause of tipping incidents.

Q: Are these suitable for use as a workbench?

Yes — that is one of the most common applications. The table brings work to a comfortable height and can be adjusted through the task rather than fixed, which is what makes them effective for reducing strain.

Q: Do I need a test certificate?

A test certificate in conformance with EN 1570 is issued on request at no charge. We recommend requesting it at the point of order so it can be supplied with the table.

Q: What is covered by the warranty?

A full 12 months from delivery, parts and labour, carried out on your site.
