Changed Your Mind?

If you've purchased a product online or by phone, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it. Once you've notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including any delivery costs. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods.

How to Return

To arrange a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on custom or made-to-order products, or items that have been used or installed.
