Changed Your Mind?
If you've purchased a product online or by phone, you are required to make arrangements with us for the return of goods within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we reserve the right not to replace or refund goods.
Items must be in perfect, unused condition and still in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, assembled or installed.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including any delivery costs.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods.
Received the Wrong Item?
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, please contact us directly and we will arrange collection from you to sort out the mistake quickly.
We would just ask that the goods are in perfect condition (not used) and still in their original packaging.
If you've grown quite attached to the item and would like to keep it, just let us know and we'll recharge or refund the difference — whichever is necessary for the cost of the item.
How to Return
To arrange a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and confirm any applicable fees.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we'll process your refund within 7 days using your original payment method.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on custom or made-to-order products, or items that have been used, assembled or installed.
