The Conquip COSHH Site Storage Box is a durable, lockable container for storage of hazardous chemicals, flammables and small fuel containers on construction sites. Built from steel folded plate with a powder-coated finish, the box opens via an overhead door supported by strong gas struts for fast access. Twin internal 5-lever mortice deadlocks protect against theft and unauthorised access. Standard fork pockets allow forklift repositioning, and optional castor wheels can be fitted to enable manual movement over short distances. Five lengths and three height options cover small tool stores, mid-size flammable cabinets and full walk-up bottle stores, all designed to meet HSE and COSHH compliance requirements.

How to Use

1. Audit your COSHH register -- list every chemical, container size and quantity that needs storage.
2. Add the volumes -- include working stock plus reserve, allowing space for safe access between containers.
3. Check height clearance -- 675mm units fit under benches; 1280mm units offer walk-up access; 1230mm full-width unit suits 25-litre bottle racks.
4. Confirm site footprint and craning or forklift access for the chosen size.
5. Decide whether castor wheels are needed for repositioning between work areas.
