• WheelWinder System - the internal lever mechanism converts the BarroBox from mobile to static in seconds. The wheels cannot be lowered without first unlocking and opening the lid, preventing unauthorised movement even if thieves attempt to wheel the box away.
• Twin 5-Lever Deadlocks - keyed-alike locks on both sides with 6mm anti-drill plates and anti-cut rollers in the deadbolt. Three keys supplied as standard, with replacements available using the unique serial number.

How to Use the BarroBox BB2

1. Unlock both deadlocks and open the lid to access the internal WheelWinder lever.
2. Release the ring pull latch and push the lever forward to lower the wheels into the mobile position.
3. Ensure the latch is fully engaged once wheels are in position, then close the lid.
4. Use the fold-out handles on the rear to lift and push the BarroBox to your desired location.
5. Open the lid, pull the lever back to raise the wheels, and ensure the latch engages in the static position.
6. Close the lid and lock both deadlocks. Remove the key - the unit is now secure and immobile.

Warning: The BarroBox weighs 81kg empty. Carry out a risk assessment before lifting. Always lift with the unit empty where possible. Ensure nothing is below the body or near the forklift skids when operating the wheel lever.

Safety Information

• Always lock both deadlocks when leaving the BarroBox unattended - locking only one side compromises security.
• Lift the SlamStop lid stay when closing the lid to prevent finger trapping.

Check the lever, handles, locks, SlamStop lid stay, gas struts, and wheels every three months. For rigorous use, inspect more frequently.
