The Steerman LF-6 is the 6000kg fixed-wheel load moving skate from the Steerman LF range. Of solid forged steel construction with two enclosed ball bearings per wheel, the LF-6 runs on 6 abrasion-resistant nylon wheels (85 × 85 mm) that provide low rolling resistance and protection of finished floor surfaces. The top platform has an anti-slip rubber lining for secure load contact. Overall dimensions 415 × 210 × 100 mm, weight 12kg. Maintenance-free in normal use. How to Use the LF-6

1. Decide on the number and arrangement of skates needed — multiple skates distribute the load across more contact points.
2. Confirm each skate's 6000kg capacity is sufficient for its share of the load.
3. Survey the route — smooth, flat, free of debris.
4. Position each skate under the load using a rated jacking method (toe jack or Steerman RPB roller pinch bar to insert the jack).
5. Lower the load onto the skates and confirm full, level contact on each anti-slip rubber platform.
6. Move the load by pushing or pulling slowly. Use spotters to guide each skate.
7. Bring to a controlled stop and re-jack to remove the skates.

Warning: Do not exceed the 6000kg rated capacity per skate. Do not use on inclines without restraint. Avoid shock loading.
