Interchangeable strut for the Multi-Sec Multi 110 modular system, rated to 110 tonnes. Struts bolt between the end units of a spreader beam, or between the corner units of a lifting frame, to set the span. Adding struts to an existing system extends its reach without replacing any part of the assembly.

Available in 0.5m, 0.75m, 1m, 2m, 4m, 6m lengths. Struts are common to both the Multi 110 spreader beam and the Multi F 110 lifting frame, so stock is shared across both.

Flanged connections are aligned with a podger or drift and fastened with the supplied bolts to the torque specified in the instructions for use. Check all flange faces are clean and undamaged before assembly.

Components are part of a designed and certified system and cannot be mixed. See spreader beams.

Approvals and certification

Multi-Sec modular systems are DNV Type Approved to DNV-ST-0378 and designed, manufactured and tested in the United Kingdom in accordance with DNV-ST-0378 (Offshore and Platform Lifting Appliances), BS EN 13155:2003+A2:2009, BS EN 1993-1-1:2005 (Eurocode 3), EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, LOLER 1998 and PUWER 1998. Manufacture is carried out under ISO 9001:2015 with accreditation to BS EN 1090-2 Execution Class 3. Every system is 100% proof tested before despatch and supplied with full certification and traceability.

Delivery Information

From our depot to your site, every order is fully tracked and delivered on our own WOLFF Onsite vehicles or via trusted courier partners. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and order size.

Pallet Delivery
Dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivered next working day between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is based on the number of pallet spaces and your delivery zone.

Parcel Delivery
Smaller items like radio accessories and safety equipment ship via tracked courier at a flat rate. Deliveries between 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

RENTAL Delivery / Collection
All rentals are delivered and collected by the WOLFF Onsite team. We'll confirm a delivery time that works for you and arrange collection within 3 working days of your hire end date. Deliveries and collections between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday collections can be arranged if suitable.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched same day where possible. Some products carry a manufacturing lead time, this is always stated in the product description.
