Stretch wrapping a pallet by hand means walking around it, repeatedly, at floor level. A turntable removes that entirely: the operator stands still and the load turns.
1800kg capacity on a low-profile steel disc that a pallet truck can access directly. Manual rotation under hand pressure — there is nothing to power, charge or maintain.
Key Features
- Rotate rather than walk — the operator stands still and the load turns
- 1800kg capacity — handles full pallets of dense goods
- Low profile — pallet truck access without a ramp
- Manual rotation — no power supply, nothing to fail
- Heavy-duty steel construction — withstands daily despatch use

Suitable Applications
Hand stretch wrapping, pallet building and inspection, despatch checking, and any task requiring access to all four faces of a palletised load.
How to Use
- Position the turntable in the wrapping or picking area.
- Place the loaded pallet centrally on the disc using a pallet truck.
- Confirm the load is central and stable.
- Rotate by hand as the task requires.
- Remove the pallet by pallet truck once complete.
Warning: Keep the load central. An off-centre load makes rotation uneven and can destabilise the pallet.
Safety Information
- Load centrally on the disc.
- Keep feet clear of the rotating edge.
- Do not exceed 1800kg.
- Do not stand on the turntable.
- Confirm the load is stable before rotating.
Inspection and Maintenance
Check the bearing runs freely and the disc sits flat. Keep the bearing race clear of shrink wrap and debris.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is it powered?
No — rotation is manual under hand pressure. There is nothing to power, charge or maintain.
Q: Can a pallet truck get onto it?
Yes, the low profile allows direct pallet truck access without a ramp.
Q: What is it mainly used for?
Hand stretch wrapping is the most common application, followed by pallet inspection and building where access to all four faces is needed.
Q: Does it lock in position?
It holds position under load and rotates under deliberate hand pressure.
