The Camlok TTG girder clamp is CMCO's industrial-range beam clamp for temporary load suspension from steel beams and joists. Available in five capacity ratings from 500 kg (TTG500) up to 7500 kg (TTG7500), covering light to heavy industrial lifting points.

Suitable Applications

Beam-mounted lifting points in fabrication, plant maintenance, construction, industrial installation, and any application requiring a temporary or semi-permanent suspended attachment from a steel beam. For vertical transport of the girder see the Camlok TTR, for turning the section the CG turning clamp, and the TTT split toe plate version suits wider flanges.

Inspection and Maintenance

A visual inspection is required before every use. A thorough examination by a qualified engineer is required at least every 6 months in regular use, in accordance with LOLER 1998. Records of examination must be kept. Refer to the manufacturer's manual for detailed inspection and maintenance instructions, derating factors for use, and replacement schedules for any wearing components.
