A work positioner does the jobs a stacker is too big for and a pair of hands should not be doing — loading a machine, lifting a reel onto a spindle, placing a component into a fixture. It lifts 100kg to 1700mm in a footprint small enough to work in a congested plant room or between machine beds.
Battery operation removes the winding effort entirely, which matters where the unit is cycled repeatedly through a shift. An autobrake system prevents uncontrolled lowering if the operator loses grip, and the unit runs on four swivel castors so it can be positioned precisely rather than approximately.

CE Marked | 12-Month On-Site Warranty
Supplied by Warrior, part of the Handling Equipment UK range. Manufactured to CE / UKCA standards and supplied with a declaration of conformity where applicable. Lift tables are issued with a test certificate to EN 1570 on request.
Warranty
Every Warrior product is supplied with a full 12-month on-site warranty covering parts and labour at no additional cost. Cover starts from the date of delivery and repairs are carried out at your premises rather than under a return-to-base arrangement. A comprehensive UK spare parts stock is held for every model in the range, and servicing, repair and statutory inspection can be arranged through WOLFF Onsite.
Suitable Applications
Machine loading and unloading, reel and roll handling, plant room maintenance, laboratory and cleanroom equipment movement, engineering workshops and assembly cells.
How to Use
- Position the unit and apply the foot brakes.
- Fit the appropriate attachment for the load if required.
- Raise the platform to engage the load, keeping the weight central.
- Lift to the required height, checking stability throughout.
- Lower under control and release the load fully before moving.
Warning: Load must be centred on the platform. Off-centre loading substantially reduces the safe working capacity and can tip the unit.
Safety Information
- Apply the brakes before lifting or lowering.
- Keep the load centred and within the rated capacity.
- Never travel with the load at full height.
- Do not use as a work platform or step.
- Check the winch cable or lifting chain for wear before each shift.
Inspection and Maintenance
Inspect the lifting cable or chain weekly for wear, stretch and correct seating. Check the autobrake operates correctly. Grease the mast channels periodically.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the difference between the M200, E100A and MES150?
The M200 is manual winch operation at 200kg. The E100A is battery operated at 100kg with a higher 1700mm lift and accepts the optional spindle and reel attachments. The MES150 sits between them at 150kg, battery operated with foot brakes.
Q: Can it lift a reel or roll?
Yes, with the optional V-block or reel rotator attachment fitted to the E100A. The V-block cradles the roll; the rotator allows it to be turned while supported.
Q: Is it stable at full height?
Yes, provided the load is centred and within the rated capacity and all four castors are on level ground. Do not travel with the load raised.
Q: Does it need a power supply?
The M200 is entirely manual. The E100A and MES150 are battery operated and supplied with a charger.
