The LT range is a set of mobile scissor lift tables raised by a foot-operated hydraulic pump, so the operator brings the table to working height without letting go of the load. Four sizes run from the 150kg LTY15 at 40kg to the 800kg LT80, and the LTY35D uses a double scissor to reach 1300mm from a low start. They are the simplest ergonomic tool in the catalogue: raising work to an individual and comfortable height greatly reduces the strain of repeated lifting, and the lever on the handle lowers the table smoothly rather than in steps.

All models are grey, foot-pump operated, with a 3-5 day lead time. The LT35D is a double scissor design, which is how it reaches 1300mm from a 360mm start.
Key Features
- Foot-operated hydraulic pump — the table is raised by foot while the operator keeps both hands on the work, which is the whole ergonomic argument.
- Controlled lowering — a lever on the handle lowers the table smoothly without the stepped drop of a cheaper mechanism.
- Double scissor on the LT35D — reaches 1300mm from a 360mm lowered height, nearly twice the travel of the single-scissor models.
- 40kg on the LT15 — light enough for one person to move between benches, rooms or floors.
- Four capacities from 150kg to 800kg — covers everything from parts kitting to moving machinery components.
- Steel construction — built for transport and order picking in industrial use rather than occasional light duty.
Suitable Applications
Lift tables are used throughout industry and commerce for order preparation and goods mobilisation: picking and packing benches, assembly and sub-assembly, machine loading and unloading, maintenance work, print and finishing, and laboratory and workshop tasks. They suit any repetitive job currently done by bending to a low surface. Choose on capacity first and then on the height range — the LT35D is the one to specify where the work needs to come up to standing height rather than just off the floor.
How to Use
- Check the load is within the rated capacity for the model.
- Position the table and apply the wheel brakes before loading.
- Load centrally on the table; off-centre loads reduce stability.
- Raise to working height using the foot pump.
- Release the brakes only when the table is at transport height, not at full extension.
- Lower using the handle lever, keeping hands and feet clear of the scissor.
Warning: Never place hands or feet inside the scissor mechanism, and never move the table at full height with a load on it. Lower to transport height before moving.
Safety Information
- Only trained operators should use a lift table.
- Load centrally and within the rated capacity.
- Apply the wheel brakes before loading, unloading or working at the table.
- Never allow anyone under a raised table.
- Lower fully before leaving the table unattended.
- Do not use the table as a working platform or step.
Inspection and Maintenance
Check the scissor pivots, wheels, brakes and hydraulic unit before use, and confirm the table holds height under load without creeping down. Keep the pivots clean and lubricated at the manufacturer's interval. As lifting equipment, lift tables fall under LOLER as well as PUWER, so keep inspection records and arrange thorough examination at the required interval.
What's Included
- Mobile lift table in the capacity ordered
- Foot pump and lowering lever fitted
- Castors with brakes
- Operator manual
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Which model do I need?
Capacity first: 150kg, 300kg, 350kg or 800kg. Then height — the LT35D double scissor reaches 1300mm where the single-scissor models stop at 725mm to 1000mm.
Q: What does the double scissor on the LT35D give me?
Nearly twice the vertical travel from a similar lowered height: 360mm up to 1300mm. That brings work to standing height rather than just off the floor.
Q: Can it be used as a work platform?
No. These are load-carrying tables, not access equipment. Never stand on one.
Q: Is it foot or hand operated?
Foot pump to raise, hand lever on the handle to lower. That keeps both hands free for the load while raising.
