Vita Load Navigator (VLN) Control and Stabilise Heavy Loads

The Vita Load Navigator is a lifting solution that significantly enhances the control, capability and safety of navigating heavy-duty loads faster and more precisely. Our system detects load movement in real time and adjusts the load with high powered fans to eliminate spinning and rotations ensuring lifts are stabilised.

• Four independent thrusters spin up to 14,000 rpm in under a second
• Holding loads within 1° of deviation in the most challenging conditions
• LOLER approved code of practice regulation 8 states: Where practical loads should not be carried or suspended over areas occupied by persons

Remote Handset Operation:

Distance: Remotely operates and turns the load from a distance of up to 182m (600ft).
Manual Mode: Allows user pinpoint precision in adjusting load position and placement.
Memory Buttons: Record precise lift positions at any time and use them to simplify repetitive lifts with the touch of a button.
Standby: Quickly toggle between standby and active mode.
Auto Hold: Keep your loads positioned in the hardest of conditions.
