This product is designed and manufactured in the UK from robust steel with a weather-resistant finish. Powder-coated items use Germ Guard antibacterial technology and are produced under a quality system certified to ISO 9001:2015.

Installation

Most cycle shelters and compounds must be bolted to a minimum 250mm-thick concrete base for stability (fixings included where stated); racks and loops are surface-mounted or grouted. Please refer to the supplied installation guidance.

Q: Is this delivered assembled?

Larger shelters and compounds are delivered in knock-down/kit form for on-site assembly; racks, loops and lockers are supplied fully welded or ready to install.

Q: What finishes are available?

Galvanised and/or powder-coated finishes are offered across the range; powder-coated items use Germ Guard antibacterial paint in a choice of RAL colours.

Q: Does it need a concrete base?

Shelters and compounds should be fixed to a minimum 250mm-thick concrete base for stability. Loops and racks can be surface-mounted or grouted.

Delivery Information

From our depot to your site, every order is fully tracked and delivered on our own WOLFF Onsite vehicles or via trusted courier partners. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and order size.

Pallet Delivery
Dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivered next working day between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is based on the number of pallet spaces and your delivery zone.

Parcel Delivery
Smaller items like radio accessories and safety equipment ship via tracked courier at a flat rate. Deliveries between 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

RENTAL Delivery / Collection
All rentals are delivered and collected by the WOLFF Onsite team. We'll confirm a delivery time that works for you and arrange collection within 3 working days of your hire end date. Deliveries and collections between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday collections can be arranged if suitable.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched same day where possible. Some products carry a manufacturing lead time, this is always stated in the product description.
