The Armorgard Forma-Stor FR300-T is a flat-pack, walk-in secure storage container that assembles in as little as 10 minutes. The 3-metre deep unit offers substantial storage capacity for larger projects while retaining the quick-assembly, modular design that makes the Forma-Stor range ideal for restricted access sites. Built from galvanised and powder-coated steel panels with jemmy-proof joins, twin 5-lever deadlocks, forklift pockets and crane lifting eyes.

Suitable Applications
The FR300-T is designed for larger construction projects requiring substantial secure storage capacity. The 3-metre depth accommodates longer materials such as pipe, conduit, and scaffolding components alongside standard tools and equipment. The flat-pack design means the FR300-T can be delivered to sites where traditional containers cannot access, including upper floors of buildings under construction, basement excavations, and locations with narrow or restricted entry points. Ideal for commercial construction, infrastructure projects, and multi-trade sites requiring shared secure storage.
Flat-pack units ship assembled-on-site, which cuts delivery cost and gets through doorways a welded unit cannot. See also site boxes.
How to Assemble the Forma-Stor FR300-T
- Place the base panel on a flat, level, stable surface.
- Position one side panel on the base and use the 20mm bolts to locate it, then secure with 45mm bolts. Leave fixings loose at this stage.
- Position the rear panel to form a corner, supporting the side panel. Fix with pipe linchpins and 20mm bolts.
- Place the second side panel and secure with bolts and linchpins as before.
- Slot the door panel onto the base and fix to the side panels with linchpins and bolts.
- Place the roof panel on top, ensuring the grooves fit securely to the top of each wall panel.
- Fix the roof in place using the 45mm bolts provided, then tighten all bolts throughout the unit.
Warning:
The roof panel weighs 76kg and the base panel weighs 143kg. Take all safety precautions when lifting panels into position. Two or more people are required for assembly, and mechanical lifting aids are recommended for heavier panels.
