Lifting-gear specialists in Sheffield & London — phone & email

A static table is the right answer where the lifting happens in one place every time — a packing station, a line feed point, a loading bay. It stays where it is, runs off the mains, and raises 2000kg to 1010mm in 40 seconds without anyone pumping a pedal.

Supplied for floor or pit mounting, with fully interlocked arrestors and an emergency check valve. The remote power pack keeps the controls and the hydraulics clear of the platform, which makes maintenance considerably easier than an integrated unit.

Key Features

  • Mains operated — no pumping — consistent cycle time regardless of operator
  • Remote power system — controls and hydraulics sited away from the platform for easy maintenance
  • 40 seconds lift time — consistent, repeatable cycle for line-paced work
  • Emergency check valve — holds the platform if hydraulic pressure is lost
  • Fully interlocked arrestors — mechanical protection during maintenance access
  • Configuration — 380V 3-phase, floor or pit mounted

CE Marked | 12-Month On-Site Warranty

Supplied by Warrior, part of the Handling Equipment UK range. Manufactured to CE / UKCA standards and supplied with a declaration of conformity where applicable. Lift tables are issued with a test certificate to EN 1570 on request.

Warranty

Every Warrior product is supplied with a full 12-month on-site warranty covering parts and labour at no additional cost. Cover starts from the date of delivery and repairs are carried out at your premises rather than under a return-to-base arrangement. A comprehensive UK spare parts stock is held for every model in the range, and servicing, repair and statutory inspection can be arranged through WOLFF Onsite.

Suitable Applications

Packing and despatch stations, production line feed and take-off points, loading bays, assembly cells and any fixed workstation handling palletised or heavy loads repeatedly.

How to Use

  1. Confirm the area around the platform is clear before operating.
  2. Load the platform evenly, keeping the weight central and within capacity.
  3. Raise using the remote control, watching the load throughout.
  4. Complete the task with the platform stationary.
  5. Lower fully before unloading or leaving the station.

Warning: Never work beneath a raised platform without the maintenance arrestors engaged. Keep the scissor area clear of personnel and obstructions during operation.

Safety Information

  • Keep the scissor mechanism clear of debris, cabling and personnel.
  • Never exceed the rated capacity or load off-centre.
  • Isolate the power supply before any maintenance.
  • Engage the mechanical arrestors before accessing beneath the platform.
  • Report any hydraulic leak or unusual noise immediately and withdraw from service.

Inspection and Maintenance

Inspect the scissor pivots, hydraulic hoses and arrestors monthly. Check the emergency check valve function periodically. Retain the EN 1570 certificate with your equipment records.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Floor mounted or pit mounted?

Pit mounting brings the platform flush with the floor, so pallet trucks and trolleys can roll straight on. Floor mounting is quicker and cheaper to install but leaves the lowered height as a step.

Q: What is the difference between the U-shape and the full-top model?

The U-shaped cut-out lets a pallet truck drive into the platform and withdraw, leaving the pallet behind. The full-top model uses a ramp instead, which suits trolleys and roll cages better.

Q: What power supply is needed?

The WRSLT models require a 380V three-phase supply. Confirm your available supply before ordering.

Q: Can it be used as a working platform for people?

No. These are goods lifts. Lifting people requires equipment designed and certified for that purpose.

Q: Is it covered by LOLER?

A static goods lift table is generally covered by PUWER, with LOLER applying where it lifts people or where the load is suspended. We can advise on the correct inspection regime for your installation.
